MASTERPLAN : 3D MODELING
We start the process by . . .
taking a Google Earth image and superimposing it over a flat ground plane
we then build or bring in the architects block models
we then create a series of test renders which according to budget may be enough to explain the masterplan intent
if budget dictates we then populate the Google Earth image with medium resolution trees, plants + cars + people
ECONOMY BUDGET ANIMATION
The above masterplan model is then used to create a low budget cost effective master planning animation . . . in this case to show a 20 year vision for the elite St Ignatius College Sydney complete with motion graphics flags + tags

For the utmost realism and accuracy Atomic 3D are also are able to produce the highest quality 3d photogrammetry aerial scans of entire streets or suburbs . . . which the mesh image for Metro Trains demonstrates below ; it shows the level of ‘digital’ points that are scanned, digitised and converted into a 3d model, with super high resolution texture maps ready for us to remove and repalce with new 3d geometry
